  • How does it work?

    • That depends on you.  We offer both a formal classroom style training and web conferencing.  You can come to us or we’ll come to you.  We customize each session to your team’s needs.  There’s nothing canned about our process or materials.

  • How much is it?

    • We have several pricing models.  It all depends on the size of your team.  We
      offer the following:

      Onsite: < 10 People, 10-20 and 20+. Any training consisting of more than 20 people would require a multi day approach to maximize the one-on-one interaction with us.

  • Can I just purchase your materials and skip the training?

    • No.  It would be like drinking from a fire hose.  It just doesn’t work.  Trust us.

  • Where are you located?

    • We are strategically located in Connecticut, about half way between Boston
      and New York City.

  • Do you work with companies outside of the United States?

    • Yes.  We have a specific program for organizations that are trying to do

  • What does a typical program look and feel like?

    • Our session lasts one day.  Remember, its razor sharp, so it’s well defined
      and straight to the point.  We see no point in charging extra fees for days of training that can be accomplished in one day.  A session usually lasts 6-8 hours with several breaks in between.

      Before we arrive, we’ll ask you the questions we need to make sure we’re
      focusing on your needs.  Everything is customized, but that doesn’t mean you’ll break the bank to hire us.
