Brian has spent the past seven years in the General Accounting department of MTV Networks, a division of Viacom, and is currently the Senior Director of Accounting where he is responsible for financial reporting, analysis and forecasting.  The company’s portfolio spans more than 150 television channels and 350 digital media properties

worldwide, and includes MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, Harmonix, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, Noggin, The N, AddictingGames, Neopets, COMEDY CENTRAL, Spike TV, TV Land, Atom, Gametrailers and Xfire.  Prior to his time at MTV Networks, Brian spent two years at the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen auditing clients in the telecom and casino gaming industries.  He is a graduate of Bryant University and lives just outside New York City.

Tim is a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Louisville, KY with over nine years experience performing and managing Enterprise Risk Assessments, Data Management and Analytics projects, technical implementations, IT control reviews, and internal control and reporting engagements.  Prior to his current

position in the Louisville office of Ernst & Young, Tim has worked extensively in the firm’s Washington DC, Boston and Honolulu offices, serving a wide range of clients in the banking and asset management, technology, communications, entertainment, health care, and insurance industries.  Some of Tim’s engagement experience includes IT control reviews, internal control and reporting engagements, enterprise risk assessments and technical implementations.  Tim’s professional qualifications and memberships include a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston College with dual majors in Finance and Information Systems, Certified Information Systems Auditor since 2002, member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Tim is a competitive long distance athlete and has run 11 marathons and completed 2 triathlons. He lives in Louisville, KY with his wife Sarah, and their two dogs, Otto and Orion. They are also expecting their first child in the winter, 2010.

Aimee is a professional direct response copywriter and marketer with over 16 years sales and marketing experience.  She is passionate about helping businesses succeed in marketing and specializes in web content development.  Aimee also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Health and Nutrition from the

University of California, Santa Barbara and holds an MBA in Marketing from California State University, Los Angeles.  She resides in a tiny beach home in Huntington Beach, CA with her husband and two children because she just can’t leave the weather…yet.

Kevin Prudente currently is leading the worldwide Lean Six Sigma initiative to institutionalize a continuous improvement culture within the Finance Department at Millipore Corporation (a $1.6B Life Sciences company in the S & P 500).  His areas of expertise include cross functional business process design & management,

financial & systems auditing, data analytics, and system implementations.  Prior to joining Millipore, Kevin worked domestically & internationally in consulting/audit roles at Boston Scientific Corporation (a $8B Medical Device company in the Fortune 500), Nypro, Inc.  ($1B Plastics Manufacturing company), and in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young LLP (serving the Manufacturing, Technology, Defense, and Insurance industries).  Kevin holds a B.S.  in Accounting as well as Information Systems from Bryant University, an MBA from Arizona State University, is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained, a Certified Information System Auditor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  He lives in MA with his wife Jaime and their dog, Marley.  Kevin and Jaime are also expecting their first child this fall.
